It is with an extremely heavy heart that the Institute for Advanced Study at Central European University must share the sad news of the loss of our esteemed and loved former fellow Alek Popov. Alek was a Writer in Residence at IAS CEU in 2019-2020, while he was working on his last novel, Mission Turan.
IAS CEU congratulates Cris Shore, Senior Joint Budapest Fellow of the academic year 2023-24, whose book Audit Culture: How Indicators and Rankings are Reshaping the World, co-authored with Susan Wright, has recently been published.
Fernando Casal Bertoa`s article is published online in the British Journal of Political Science (by Cambridge University Press, 19 January 2024.) The article will be the basis of the book he is currently working as a Core Fellow at the Institute for Advenced Study, CEU.
