Frederick Burkhardt Residential Fellowships for Recently Tenured Scholars
The American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS) invites applications for the Frederick Burkhardt Residential Fellowships for Recently Tenured Scholars, owing to the generous assistance of The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. An applicant must be employed in a tenured position at a degree-granting academic institution in the United States.This year's successful applicants may take up the fellowship in 2013-2014 or in either of the succeeding two academic years. Deadline for applications is 2 October 2012.
The CEU Institute for Advanced Study has recently joined the group of residential research centers participating in the ACLS Frederick Burkhardt Fellowship Program and so is eligible to host fellows under this program.
